- Install dependencies
- Run the tests
- Start the dev server

## Testing

Run the test command before you finish. Keep tests offline. Do not call a paid API from a test.

## Code style

Match the file you are editing. Leave unrelated lines as they are.

## Development workflow

One change at a time. Run the test command. Say which command you ran.
